The Corporate and Business Law Lesotho variant (LW LSO) was withdrawn following the June 2026 exam session
What this means for you
There was no regulatory requirement to complete the Lesotho variant of the exam, so these changes do not impact recognition of the ACCA Qualification in any way.
If you were intending on taking the LW LSO exam, we recommend you now take the Global (GLO) variant of the exam. The LW GLO exam is available on-demand, all year round.
If you have already passed the LW LSO exam, there is no change to the recognition of your pass.
What to do if you failed LW LSO in June 2026
We know that it’s disappointing to fail an exam. But it’s important to remember that failing an exam is a setback, and not a defeat. Here are some steps you can take to move forward with your resit for the LW GLO exam to set you up for exam success.
