The Corporate and Business Law (LW) specimen exams indicate how the exam will be assessed, structured and the likely style and range of questions that could be asked.
Any student preparing to take this exam should familiarise themselves with the exam style and method. Depending on which variant you take, the exam may be sat by on-demand CBE, paper-based or session CBE.
View the exam methods page to see what method each variant is taken by.
Specimen exam format
Full specimens have been produced for the main exams, and our examining teams have also put together some sample questions to illustrate the new style of exam for all other versions.
Changes to our exam names
Corporate and Business Law (LW) was previously known as F4 Corporate and Business Law. Whilst we continue to update our resources to the new exam terminology, you may see some resources still using the old exam code F4.
All exam resources listed as F4 can be used for studying LW, as the syllabus and content of the exam has not changed.
All study resources are the copyright of ACCA and can only be used for classroom and student use in preparation for their ACCA exams. They cannot be published in any form (paper or soft copy), or sold for profit in any way, without first gaining the express permission of ACCA. Nor can they be used as examinations, in whole or in part, by other institutions or awarding bodies.
