Implications from ACCA’s withdrawal as approved regulator
Amendments to Annex 1 and Appendix 4 of the Global Practising Regulations give effect to ACCA’s withdrawal from probate regulation in England and Wales and address concerns raised by the Legal Services Board about regulatory gaps.
