Yuki Qian is the Regional Head of Public Affairs for ACCA China and a Fellow of ACCA (FCCA). Previously, she served as the Regional Head of Policy Insights for ACCA China. In her current role, she leads public and government affairs, acting as a key liaison with government entities, public institutions, large state-owned enterprises, and think tanks.

ACCA is committed to advancing the accountancy profession in China through innovative insights and value creation. Qian represents ACCA on public issues, advocating for the public interest and enhancing ACCA’s influence and brand. In recent years, she has authored policy responses to the Chinese Ministry of Finance, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on topics including ESG, sustainability reporting, and competency frameworks.

She has also led collaborative research projects with organizations such as the World Bank, the Chinese Ministry of Finance, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and the National Accounting Institutes in Beijing, Shanghai, and Xiamen. Her research focuses on the internationalization of the accountancy profession, management accounting, finance digitalization, and CFO leadership. As a sought-after speaker, she frequently presents at major financial forums.

Before joining ACCA, Qian worked in the mergers and acquisitions consulting team at PwC. She has successfully provided professional financial services on the dozens of inbound and outbound M&A projects for private equity firms and multinational corporations.
