We would like to invite you to join our upcoming Gen Z research panel Next Gen Voice to help shape the future of the accounting & finance profession. We ran our first panel earlier this year and got some great insights from this so would like to invite you to have your say in the next panel and will be offering financial incentives for taking part.

Who are we?

ACCA is the world's most forward-thinking professional accountancy body. We believe that accountancy is vital for economies to grow and prosper, which is why we work all over the world to build the profession and make society fairer and more transparent.

What is Next Gen Voice?

We want to continue to build a thriving accounting profession but we need to hear your voice so we can plan, build and deliver a profession that is truly fit for the future. Next Gen Voice is your space to share your ideas on our plans and proposals. Whatever the conversation, we’ll use your feedback and views to inform our decisions.

Who can join?

It is a virtual panel so you can be based anywhere. And we are keen to hear a broad range of perspectives, so you don’t need any experience of working in accounting or finance, just an appetite to engage in discussion and share your views about matters important to you.

How will it work? 

The community will run for six months, starting late September. Panel members will be invited to have their say on a number of paid research activities a month. This could include surveys, content review tasks, idea generation sessions etc. We will also run weekly fun engagement activities including quick polls, discussions etc. to help us get to know you better. Participants can also create their own discussions and chat with the wider community. We will also share exclusive ACCA content to help with your studies and career planning including blogs, future trends articles special interest topics, and relevant news.

What are the benefits?

• Next Gen Voice panel members will be rewarded for taking part in research activity with a financial incentive, earning between £1 and £5 per task with up to five tasks available per month.
• There will be heaps of opportunities to build connections with other like-minded Gen Zs globally as well as the ACCA student community.
