Although it might be daunting at times for senior leaders, the disruption in the market place can give competitive advantages to SME’s, which could be more agile to adopt new ways of acquiring and retaining customers. Yapincak runs her own strategic marketing consultancy, training and coaching business on an international scale since 2013. Some of her clients have been 3M, BP, Kia, Siemens and Canon among a wide portfolio ranging from start-ups, SME’s to multinationals in consumer goods, textile, auto, energy, technology, financial and professional services, hospitality and manufacturing sectors.  She has 20 years prior experience in b2c and b2b sectors in leading marketing roles with P&L responsibility in Unilever, Nestle, Colgate Palmolive, Mey-Diageo, BP and HSBC.

She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Bosphorus University, Istanbul, completed a Sales and Marketing Leadership Program at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and has a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, London. She is a mother of two children, based in London, UK.
