Raising finance for your business is not always a straightforward and easy process. You not only have to have a sound business plan, but also vision, drive and determination to look for opportunities and new ways of raising finance to fund and drive forward your business. Venture capital firms are not always able to see the potential of your business plan and so it is more challenging to gain funding through them.

Trewin Restorick, CEO and Founder of environmental charity Hubbub, will talk about his experience setting up his environmental charity, the funding rounds he went through, share his lessons and tips for anyone considering setting up their own business.
