Ng Kean Kok FCCA

Kean Kok is a chartered accountant and has more than thirty years of auditing, accounting, and company secretarial experience across various industries. Previously, he worked with one of the international accounting firms in audit and advisory services and covered various industries. He has served as a director and company secretary to several family-related firms.

Kean Kok is a fellow member of the ACCA, and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He is a member of ACCA’s Global Forum – Corporate Reporting, a group of members from around the world that looks at corporate reporting issues. Previously, he served as a member of ACCA Malaysia’s Technical Committee. At MIA, he previously served as a council member and continues to serve in several committees of MIA.

Kean Kok conducts training covering various areas including corporate governance, accounting (processes, management / financial accounting, financial reporting (MFRS / MPERS) and audit), finance, and regulatory requirements.
