Jon Lester, digital HR strategy lead at IBM

Jon has recently moved within IBM from the consulting organisation into IBM HR as the Digital HR Strategy Lead.  He is an IBM HR Technology expert with over 17 years' experience at HR Technology strategy advisory, system design and implementation. He has completed over ten major HR and payroll implementations with leading UK and global organisations as lead SME, project manager, or programme manager. Jon is an SAP HR expert,  Workday Certified, and a member of the SuccessFactors Partner Edge programme. 

Jon's implementation experience includes; a role as project manager for a leading Oil and Gas company around their implementation of the Kenexa Onboarding solution; programme manager for a Peoplesoft Global Payroll implementation at a FTSE 100 International Bank; SuccessFactors project manager at a global telecommunications company; and SuccessFactors solution architect for a consumer products company. 

Alan Thurlow, leader for government blockchain at IBM

Alan is based in IBM’s Centre of Competence (“CoC”) for Government and enables our local teams to engage their clients around Mobile, Blockchain and Digital Transformation. He works closely with our research and emerging technology teams to make our offerings and solutions relevant to our clients' needs. He is passionate about driving efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of Government Services. He is a strong supporter of Open Government and its promise to deliver substantial economic benefits. He has experience of the full project delivery life cycle from design through build to run. He is based in London and has worked with IBM for over 15 years
