Joshua Chang
Joshua Chang is the Founder & CEO of 8am Business, where he helps SMEs build results-driven, profitability-focused AI systems. Acting as a CEO Innovation Officer, he partners with business owners to design and deploy systems that solve challenges in Sales, Marketing, and Operations while co-creating new go-to-market AI innovations. With the belief that technology should enable people to be more human at work, Josh also leads 8am Business' coaching offering as a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach. Critically in the Age of AI, he equips senior leaders in large enterprises and business owners with the Gallup CliftonStrengths Framework to lead people based on their strengths. With over 3,000+ coaching hours, he has delivered 80+ leadership workshops and C-Suite coaching engagements for clients including Nestlé, Bosch and Johnson & Johnson, helping leaders and teams align strategically, maximize their strengths, and elevate performance-based culture.
Previously, Josh was an Innovation Manager at KPMG Digital Village, where he led and delivered flagship innovation projects for 6 years including Asian Development Bank’s GenAI product launch (ADB Navigator), the MAS Green Finance Data Platform, Google’s Climate Finance Accelerator, BMW’s Blockchain Loyalty App, and IMDA’s Open Innovation Platform - influencing C-suite leaders across Asia-Pacific to embrace AI, ESG, and digital transformation at scale.
