As part of the above series, this session contains a total of 2.5 CPD hours, comprising a 1-hour pre-recorded webinar and a complimentary 1.5-hour live Q&A session from 6:30pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 (on-demand session available). Participants who enrol in the full series can enjoy a bundled package rate and earn a total of 8 CPD units.

This 1-hour webinar will introduce basic knowledge about how businesses can use AI-powered chatbots and automation tools to handle customer enquiries, improve response efficiency and guide potential customers through a structured marketing funnel.

Remarks: All webinars are conducted in Cantonese and all presentation materials are produced in traditional Chinese. 

 

Through demonstrations using Google Workspace Studio, Manychat and n8n*, this webinar will cover the following:

  • Core principles of chatbots: To break down the operating logic behind Web Chat and WhatsApp chatbots
  • Multi-platform chatbot demonstrations:
    • Web chat with n8n integration: To explore how AI can automate workflows to build a web-based customer service chatbot with database lookup capabilities
    • WhatsApp Chat with Manychat: To explore the basic setup of Manychat and its design of automated reply flows
    • Google Workspace Studio: To demonstrate how to create a simple email reply bot.
  • Concepts of marketing funnel: To understand key purposes of a business chatbot

Lo Sir, Founder, Hello AI

Lo Sir (Mr Lo Ying Wai) is the founder of Hello AI, with over 20 years of experience in AI transformation, digital marketing and cross-border e-commerce. He has trained more than 700 professionals through high-impact online courses and led AI integration projects for enterprise clients, optimising workflows to boost productivity and reduce costs.

A Visiting Lecturer at PolyU SPEED, he teaches the Professional Certificate in AI-Driven Digital and Social Media Marketing, and is the author of a Chinese-language guide to Google Gemini. His Hello AI YouTube channel gained over 10,000 followers within two months of its launch.

  • The webinar is pre-recorded and broadcast via ON24.
  • Presentation and reference materials of this series are compiled in traditional Chinese. 
  • Each enrolee will receive an email confirmation including the webinar access link and password after successful registration. A further event invitation including access details of the live Q&A session would be sent to participants in early September 2026.
  • Enrolee can access all the on-demand sessions (the webinar and Q&A session) until 31 March 2027. 
  • Enrolee’s own attendance record can be downloaded in the webinar platform after attending the webinar.
  •  This webinar is covered under ACCA’s Subsidy CPD Scheme: a 50% discount would be offered to members who are currently entitled to reduced subscription and retired members on ACCA’s register.
