Bundle Package: ACCA Webinar Series: AI applications for SMEs - Practical overview and business use cases

 

As part of the above series, this session contains a total of 3.5 CPD hours, comprising a 2-hour pre-recorded webinar and a complimentary 1.5-hour live Q&A session from 6:30pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 (on-demand session available). Participants who enrol in the full series can enjoy a bundled package rate and earn a total of 8 CPD units.

This 2-hour webinar will introduce fundamentals of using AI in the workplace, covering effective AI conversations, safe handling of business data and practical office applications with Gemini and Google Workspace.

Remarks: All webinars are conducted in Cantonese and all presentation materials are produced in traditional Chinese. 

 

Through demonstrations using Gemini for Google Workspace*, this webinar will cover the following:

  • Building a solid AI foundation with key AI concepts and Gemini plan options
  • Choosing the right AI model for different business tasks and use cases
  • Writing better prompts by using clear structure to improve AI output quality
  • Setting clearer AI instructions through system and user prompts for more consistent results
  • Creating custom AI assistants with Gems to support guided workflows and collaboration
  • Using AI more safely at work with key considerations around business data protection

Lo Sir, Founder, Hello AI

Lo Sir (Mr Lo Ying Wai) is the founder of Hello AI, with over 20 years of experience in AI transformation, digital marketing and cross-border e-commerce. He has trained more than 700 professionals through high-impact online courses and led AI integration projects for enterprise clients, optimising workflows to boost productivity and reduce costs.

A Visiting Lecturer at PolyU SPEED, he teaches the Professional Certificate in AI-Driven Digital and Social Media Marketing, and is the author of a Chinese-language guide to Google Gemini. His Hello AI YouTube channel gained over 10,000 followers within two months of its launch.

  • The webinar is pre-recorded and broadcast via ON24.
  • Presentation and reference materials of this series are compiled in traditional Chinese. 
  • Each enrolee will receive an email confirmation including the webinar access link and password after successful registration. A further event invitation including access details of the live Q&A session would be sent to participants in early September 2026.
  • Enrolee can access all the on-demand sessions (the webinar and Q&A session) until 31 March 2027. 
  • Enrolee’s own attendance record can be downloaded in the webinar platform after attending the webinar.
  •  This webinar is covered under ACCA’s Subsidy CPD Scheme: a 50% discount would be offered to members who are currently entitled to reduced subscription and retired members on ACCA’s register. ACCA Hong Kong reserves the right to make the final decision on eligibility and the application of the Subsidy CPD Scheme.
