Differences between realised and distributable profits

Not all recognised profits are distributable. This webinar - presented by Helen Kerrigan of Future Finance Training - looks at accounting treatments that lead to realised profits that are not necessarily distributable. We will consider how this issue can be reflected appropriately in the financial statements to aid user understanding. 

We will also look at a couple of core areas under UK GAAP that are particularly pertinent in a Covid 19 environment.
