Secondary legislation for the ECCT Act

The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act aims to reform the role of Companies House and improve transparency  over UK companies and other legal entities. This session - presented by Steve Collings FCCA of LWA Ltd - will look at how the transition plan is going and what secondary legislation has been created so far (or not as the case may be) to implement the measures of the Act.
