Experienced learning and development professional providing a comprehensive package of training and support services in the private and public sectors – health, financial, legal, banking, investment, education, land-based, automotive and commercial. Contracts require me to be involved in all stages of the training process, from identifying training needs through to collection and analysis of delegate and manager post-training feedback. Celia owned and ran her own Recruitment and Training company in West Sussex for 15 years employing full time staff and managing a team of 200 temporary staff. She has worked in Learning and Development since 1995.
