Ann Lucas

During her 20+ year career in the NHS, Ann held various senior-level roles in Finance, Programme Management and Workforce Development. Throughout her NHS career Ann was very influential is shaping the NHS Skills Development Network

providing an innovative learning and development infrastructure for finance staff and other professional groups and chaired several Focus Groups.

Ann was also a Branch Executive member of the Healthcare Finance Management Association (HFMA), as well as being Chair of two ACCA Member Network Panels.

Ann holds various awards that recognise her unique and expert talent in helping and inspiring others to develop and achieve their career ambitions, including the Brian McNaught Award for Exemplary Leadership and Commitment to the Professional Development of Finance Staff.
