This interactive one-day course demystifies the world of finance and provides participants with practical techniques to understand and use financial information with confidence in their business.

Within your role, you may interact with financial information in different ways, perhaps reviewing management information or budgetary responsibility. Financial information reflects operational performance. Increased understanding of how operational decisions impact financial performance can add value to both operations and finance, leading to effective decision making.

This course is ideal for any manager or spending official whose role would benefit from an understanding of finance.

No prior knowledge of finance or accountancy is required.
