Our events are going merch-free

As accountants, we’ve analysed the data – and it’s clear that the environmental impact of promotional giveaways is significant. That’s why we’ve made the decision to stop making promotional items. Instead, we’re focusing on what truly matters: sharing knowledge, sparking ideas, and building meaningful connections.

To make the most of the conference, please note the following:

  • Digital Programme: We will not be providing printed running orders on the day. We ask all attendees to refer to the live online programme for session times, speaker bios, and room locations.
  • Stationery: Please bring your own pen, notebook, or digital device for note-taking.
  • Water: In our effort to reduce single-use plastics, we encourage all delegates to bring their own reusable water bottles. You can view Trinity’s Water Map to find the drinking water fountains located across the campus.
  • Transition Period: Over the coming months, we’ll responsibly run down our remaining merchandise. You may still see some items at events during this time—but once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.

Thank you for your support as we make this important change.
