Change is an inevitable part of working life, sometimes exciting, sometimes challenging. This session is designed to help you navigate change with confidence, so you can adapt smoothly and make the most of new opportunities.

In the first part of the session, you’ll explore how change may impact your role and uncover the potential benefits it can bring. You’ll gain insight into your natural reactions to change and learn practical strategies to manage them effectively. With a focus on building a positive mindset, you’ll develop the confidence to navigate uncertainty, strengthen working relationships, and turn change into an opportunity for growth and learning.

The second part of the session focuses on building your personal confidence, particularly if you’ve ever experienced impostor syndrome, those moments of self-doubt that hold you back from speaking up or seizing opportunities. You’ll learn how to challenge limiting beliefs, build emotional courage, and present yourself with greater clarity and impact.

By the end of the session, you will be equipped to:

  • Understand and manage your response to change
  • Identify opportunities within change and approach them with confidence
  • Maintain strong, productive relationships during periods of transition
  • Overcome self-doubt and build lasting self-confidence
  • Communicate your value effectively and enhance your professional presence

Whether you're preparing for an interview, delivering a presentation, or stepping into new challenges at work, this session will give you the tools and confidence to move forward with purpose.

This session will enhance your ability to manage stress and navigate the inevitable challenges that arise by focussing on practical techniques to manage stress and boost personal resilience.

We will then move to focussing on how we can build our personal brand, increasing our reputation as professional, confident and capable individuals.

We will:

  • Identify the causes of stress and how to reduce it
  • Improve your personal resilience and wellbeing
  • Bounce back from setbacks, maintaining peak performance in high-pressure environments
  • Develop your personal brand – what do you want to be known for?
