Rebecca Wong, FCCA, Co-chairman, Tax Sub-committee, ACCA Hong Kong and South China Tax Markets Leader, PwC

Rebecca Wong is a Tax Partner of PwC China with more than 25 years’ experience in tax and business advisory practices. Rebecca is familiar with China tax, foreign exchange and business regulatory issues and provides practical solutions to deal with dynamic business issues. Her expertise includes advices on tax effective investment and business structures; M&A tax due diligence and post-deal integration; corporate and supply chain restructuring advices; tax incentives application; tax disputes resolution; and repatriation of funds; etc. Rebecca also provides consultancy to companies and government agencies relating to greater bay area and free trade zone policies, business environment development, and industrial policies.

Rebecca is currently a Committee Member and Co-chairman of Tax Sub-committee of ACCA Hong Kong. She is also a member and Mainland tax sub-committee member of HKICPA; and the Council Member of Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong.

She obtained a bachelor degree in professional accountancy in the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and a master degree in China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).   

Tiffany Wu, Transfer Pricing Partner, PwC 

Tiffany Wu is a Partner at PwC Hong Kong with nearly 20 years of experience in transfer pricing (TP) for multinational groups and Chinese Mainland enterprises going global. Tiffany focuses on TP structuring, TP dispute resolution, supply chain transformation and TP compliance.

Tiffany has extensive experience in negotiating Advance Pricing Arrangement (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAPs) that eliminate double taxation arising from TP disputes involving many jurisdictions. She successfully assisted in concluding the first Cost Sharing Arrangement (CSA) APA in Chinese Mainland and the first TP MAP between Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland since enactment of HK TP legislation. Tiffany is experienced in advising on intellectual property and intercompany services and assisting clients through successful IPOs.

Tiffany is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant. She holds a master degree in economics and a bachelor degree in finance.
