Isabel Liu is a Tax Director with People Services in Hong Kong. Prior to joining KPMG, she worked as Head of Salaries Taxation for seven years with a Hong Kong based listed company. She also worked in another Big Four professional firm for over ten years.

Isabel specialises in providing Hong Kong and PRC individual income taxation, as well as Hong Kong immigration services, with extensive experience in immigration and tax residency strategy. She advises high net wealth individuals, executives, and entrepreneurs on securing Hong Kong visa solution or residency, while optimizing their tax position.

As a trusted advisor, Isabel combines technical knowledge of Hong Kong Salaries Tax, PRC Individual Income, cross-border planning with practical experience and insights into Hong Kong immigration programs and residency pathways. She has successfully guided clients through complex scenarios involving cross-border tax matters, tax treaty relief and wealth preservation strategies.

Jannie Bai, Immigration Manager, People Services, KPMG China

Jannie Bai is Immigration Manager in Hong Kong’s People Services practice and has over 10 years’ professional experience in Hong Kong inbound immigration services.

Jannie has comprehensive experience in visa applications under various Hong Kong immigration schemes and worked extensively with clients from various sectors, including finance and banking, retail, logistics, I.T., F&B, and automobile, etc.

Jannie is proficient in providing effective and structured solutions to ensure clients’ people movement plan is compliant with immigration rules and procedures, and their applications for immigration and visa are completed in a timely manner.
