Justin Thomas FCCA CFA

Justin is a senior financial training instructor at AMT training providing technical training to interns, analysts and associates across all leading Investment Banks, PE firms, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Supranational Organisations.

Prior to joining AMT 3 years ago, Justin graduated from the University of North London in 1997 with a BSc in Accounting and Finance, upper second class. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Charterholder) and Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA). He joined the Tussaud’s Group in 1996, as group management accountant. In 2000 Justin moved to the BBC, leading and developing financial management, financial analysis and business assurance teams across the BBC group.

In 2006, Justin joined BPP Professional Education, focusing on training accountants and finance professionals. He worked as a tutor, subject manager and worked his way up to become the Head of Accounting and Finance Programmes..

Justin has significant experience in developing, managing and delivering technical accounting and finance courses within an undergraduate, post graduate and professional exam training context. This is combined with substantial work experience in corporate finance, financial management and business performance evaluation.
