The conference opens with an interactive keynote, "The Enterprise of the Future: Redefining Growth and Resilience in an Age of AI and Global Volatility" With Beadle Navaraj, Clive Webb, Magdalena Matell and Neil Machray. The session will examine how AI, advanced analytics and human–AI collaboration can help organizations anticipate disruption, strengthen economic and operational resilience, and identify new avenues for growth. Through practical examples and executive perspectives, the discussion will explore scenario planning, global finance operating models, supply-chain and trade resilience, investment priorities and the leadership capabilities required to build a more adaptive, intelligent and future-ready enterprise.
Following the keynote, delegates can personalise their experience by selecting two interactive workshop sessions from four conference strands: Careers, Leadership, Redefining the Workplace and Redefining Accountancy.
