Risk and resilience in the public sector

Successful public services and projects require organisations to effectively identify, plan for and manage risks. This session will launch ACCA’s new report on public sector finance professionals’ role in identifying and managing risk. Together with a panel, we will explore how finance professionals can support their organisations to better understand and address different types of risk. We will also look at how effective financial management can help public sector organisations become more resilient in the face of widespread uncertainty, complexity and volatility.
