Caitlin Shannon
Caitlin is passionate about helping people to communicate, what they want, in the way that they want, as clearly and authentically as possible. As a freelance training consultant, Caitlin has worked with an array of clients; from the European Central Bank to Monzo, from AS Watson to the European Stability Mechanism. Most recently she has designed and delivered training and coaching for Infracapital, Payment Systems Regulator, and Eurofighter. Caitlin earned her BA honours degree in English literature at Manchester University, and went on to pursue a career in acting, writing and directing. As a playwright, her work has appeared off Broadway and in the West End. She has also developed film scripts for Lightworkers Media, and the History Channel. Most recently, she wrote and directed the award-winning Amazon web series “Wimpole Street”. Caitlin brings many of her creative skills to the business world. She uses her insight, natural warmth, energy and humour to engage with delegates and bring the work to life. She is passionate about storytelling and she enjoys bringing out the storyteller in everyone. She specialises in Leadership, Negotiation Skills, Storytelling for Business, Assertiveness Presentation, and Personal Impact.
