Ones which are essentially scams - they set up on the internet and ring you up, promise things, take your money and then disappear

Ones with few physical assets and use dispersed people or alliances communicating by the internet, thus having defuse boundaries

Where you make everyone redundant and the hire some back as consultants and suppliers

Have no real relevance to Finance
