New ACCA registrations

Inviting your people to register with ACCA

Bulk ACCA registrations are being replaced. From April, you’ll invite your people to register themselves with ACCA via the MyACCA portal.

How will this work?

You’ll invite your people to register with ACCA through the MyACCA portal and will have full visibility of your invitations and connections.

Your invitations will include all the information we need to set your people up on our systems, including their connection with you, the qualifications they’re applying for, and any registration codes and/or billing arrangements you have specified.

Your people will have 30 days to accept your invitation and submit their applications and documentation on the MyACCA portal. You'll be able to track their applications to completion. When they accept the invitation, they also agree to share their data with you.

For our current Exchange partners, the existing exchange consent will be replaced by the ‘connections’ system.

Who does this affect?

This change will only affect new ACCA registrations and will have no impact on your existing ACCA students.

The new MyACCA portal will also allow you to connect to existing ACCA students, for example, because you want to pay on their behalf.

If a student has registered themselves with ACCA (and not via your invitation) and you then connect to them on the MyACCA portal, you can add billing arrangements and registration codes, but only to fees that have not yet been charged.

Good news

You’ll be able to connect to/invite multiple people in one go.

Frequently asked questions

People you invite have 30 days to accept their invitation before it expires.

You’ll be able to track their invitation acceptance and registration completion via the portal.

If they don't accept within 30 days, you can resend the invitation with the click of a button.

The new MyACCA portal lets you ‘connect’ to your existing people. If that person accepts, they also agree to share their data with you. Once you are connected, you can view their data.

Once your people have received your invitation to register, they’ll be able to click through to an ‘Organisations connections’ page, where they can view their pending invitations and active connections to organisations.

They can open your invitation, which gives details about the qualification and any billing arrangement and registration code (if applicable) and can accept the terms and conditions.

Once accepted, they'll be asked to start their registration process with ACCA. After registration is complete, they'll be connected to your organisation.

You can invite multiple people to connect and register in bulk, all in one go.

You must be connected to your people via the MyACCA portal to access services such as ‘paying on behalf of’, data sharing and the Exam Results Service.

If you are a current Exchange partner, all your existing people will be automatically connected to you.

Any other partner type will need to check their existing connections and add further connections where necessary.

More information on this to follow, including demos and how to videos.
