UK government sanctions have been laid
The regulations are set out online at The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) (No. 14) Regulations 2022 (legislation.gov.uk) while the accounting services are also listed.
The prohibitions regarding the provision of professional and business services are set out under Chapter 6B, in Regulations 54B and 54C. These regulations prohibit the direct or indirect provision of accounting, management consulting and public relations services to a person connected with Russia.
