ACCA's path to net zero
We’re on a bold journey to reach net zero by 2045 – starting with a 50% reduction in carbon emissions by 2030, using our 2019-20 footprint as a baseline.
We're committed to playing our part in securing a sustainable future for people, planet and prosperity, and our first ever climate action plan marks a major step in turning that ambition into action. It sets out the steps we’ll take in 2025-26 to reduce emissions across our operations and supply chain – laying the foundations for a successful and sustainable transition.
A plan for action that’s grounded in science
The plan has been independently verified by BDO, a global leader in assurance and professional services. Our net zero target have also been formally verified by the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) - meaning our goals are credible, globally recognised, and, most importantly, grounded in science.
