I decided to be involved in the network panel in order to meet other ACCA members from other sectors and to share my ideas for the benefit of the ACCA. I work  in public practice and I have seen my election as an opportunity to develop my myself both personally and professionally and to enhance my networking. As I always support trainees with their career path I felt I could the same with the promotion of the ACCA as a body in a wide range of sectors.

Louise Morriss has been an ACCA member since 2003 and in that time has worked in practice specialising in audit and global expansion.  Louise has been a training mentor for her firm for a number of years and more recently a RPES promoting both training and personal development not just within her practice but the wider ACCA community.  Her wish is to share her expertise and knowledge with other aspiring trainee accountants ready to enter the profession.  Louise ensures she remains up to date with the most recent financial reporting and auditing standard guidance and is an avid promoter of technology within her firm to ensure the team have the best resources available to provide a first client service to our clients while ensuring risk management is always addressed.
