When you study with an Approved Learning Partner, you can expect high-quality teaching and excellent support designed to help you focus and succeed. Our learning partners use teaching methods, resources, and study tools that are aligned with ACCA standards to give you the best possible learning experience.

We regularly visit all of our Approved Learning Partners to ensure they remain up to date with ACCA developments and continue to meet our high standards. During these visits, we also meet with students to hear their feedback, so we can make sure your experience is as positive and effective as possible.

03 Support for student complaint investigations

If you’re not satisfied with how your Approved Learning Partner handled your complaint, ACCA can step in and request a report from them detailing how it was addressed through their complaints procedure.

Approved Learning Partners levels

We grant different levels of approval to our learning partners. Use the tabs below to understand what each level means. A higher level reflects stronger support for your exam success and, together with factors like location and cost, can help you choose the tuition provider that’s right for you.

Platinum
Gold
Silver

This is the highest and most prestigious level of approval, available to learning partners who teach the ACCA Qualification.

Platinum approved learning partners are required to meet our global best practice benchmarks relating to the institution and course management, course delivery and student support. Platinum learning partners need to demonstrate student pass rates that exceed global averages for the majority of the exams they teach.

This level of approval is awarded to learning partners who offer tuition for either ACCA Qualification or Foundations in Accountancy suite of qualifications. Gold learning partners are required to meet our global best practice benchmarks relating to the institution and course management, course delivery and student support. Following the approval, Gold learning partners need to demonstrate student pass rates appropriate for this level of approval.

Silver approved learning partners have demonstrated that they meet our criteria for approval, and are actively working in partnership with us to meet the remaining criteria for Gold approval.

With an Approved Learning Partner you always have someone to ask questions, someone to explain the solution of a complicated problem. You also have access to different resources – tutors’ experiences, recorded tutorials, libraries and online resources.
